The offering in cultural activities of San Javier is very extensive, with expositions of all types in the two Rooms that the City Hall has paymasters to such end, theatrical representations and shops in the Social Centers of all the Municipality. The Bethlehem of Spain, that is installed each Christmas front al City Hall, occupies a surface of 600 m2 and represents, besides the traditional scenes of the Birth of Jesus, other costumbristas typical of the garden and fields murcianos. The figures are all they of known belenistas of the Region. The National Festival of folk Tradition, in the month of July,
meets to different Groups Folk Spaniards, with actions in the Auditory
Policeman, in the streets of San Javier and in the beaches of Santiago
de la Ribera and La Manga del Mar Menor. |
